About this site

An independent editorial reference on practical EU–Kosovo relations.

euinkosovo.eu is an independent editorial project. We write plain-language guides about the practical consequences of EU–Kosovo relations: visa-free Schengen travel for Kosovars, visiting Kosovo from the EU, Erasmus+ and other programme access, trade under the Stabilisation and Association Agreement, and life in the Kosovar diaspora.

Scope

We cover what concrete rules and procedures actually look like for a Kosovar passport holder in Frankfurt, a Vienna student applying for Erasmus, an Austrian retiree visiting Prizren, or a German importer sourcing wine from the Rahovec valley. We do not cover party politics or diplomatic communiqués except where they translate into rule changes that affect people.

Sources & standards

Where we cite specific rules — visa thresholds, programme deadlines, customs codes — we link to primary government sources (the European Commission, the Government of Kosovo, embassies, and statistical offices) so readers can verify and check for updates. We mark each page with the date of its last review.

Independence

We are not affiliated with the European Union, the Government of Kosovo, or any political party. We accept no advertising tied to political content. Where we link to commercial partners (travel agencies, telecom comparison sites), the relationship is disclosed inline on the page where the link appears.
